Terms of Service
Last updated 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Dayzero (dayzero.click). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dayzero.
What Dayzero is
Dayzero is a product-testing exchange. You submit a product for feedback, and in return you give the same kind of honest feedback on someone else’s product. That reciprocity is what keeps the service running.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 and able to enter into these terms. Keep your account details accurate and your login secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the products and materials you submit. You grant us the permission needed to display them to matched testers and administrators so a testing round can run. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
- Give honest, good-faith feedback when you test others’ products.
- Don’t submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t misuse the service — no scraping, harvesting other people’s data, attempting to break or overload it, or abusing other users.
Feedback
Feedback on Dayzero is opinion from other people, provided as-is. We don’t guarantee its accuracy, quality, or any particular outcome for your product. How you use it is up to you.
No warranty
Dayzero is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayzero and its makers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Dayzero at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we’ll update the “last updated” date above; continuing to use Dayzero means you accept the revised terms.
